Shipping Policy

All UK deliveries are sent via a fully tracked service, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands. All UK shipping costs are £4.99 or free for orders over £65.

We process and ship all orders Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. We do not usually process any orders on Saturday or Sunday. All orders are processed up until 2pm Monday - Friday. After these times, orders are processed the next working day.

 

EUROPEAN AND THE REST OF THE WORLD ORDERS

Delivery charges for Europe and the rest of the world vary depending on each country. The price for shipping for each country will always be displayed at checkout. Please allow 2-7 working days for delivery to most European countries and the rest of the world

Orders sent to European countries and the rest of the world may incur duty taxes or custom fees. We do not calculate any such fees for you as the fees vary with each country. It is the customer's responsibility to check the legal requirements for their country and what fees may be applicable upon delivery. It is also the responsibility of the customer to check their country's customs permits the delivery of our products. 

We will not provide refunds where the customer has refused the parcel, or the parcel is refused by customs due to regulations or tax/duties. We will also not issue refunds if the parcel is seized by customs. 

 

GENERAL

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

When placing an order you must enter a contact telephone number so that you can be contacted by the delivery company if any issues arise. 

 

*Delivery dates are only estimates. We will always notify you via email or phone should there be a delay with your order. 

 IMPORTANT

Our couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel 3 times, before sending back to us. They will notify you via card or text that they have tried to deliver, and there will be options to have the parcel sent to a post office, or re-delivered. If parcels are returned back to us due you not being available at the time of delivery then your order will be refunded, minus the shipping fee. If you request for the order to be re-sent to you, then you will be charged for a second delivery. 

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
