Recommended Use

Add 1 scoop (approx 15g) to 300ml of cold water. Shake or stir until fully dissolved. 

If the product is clumpy it is still fine to use and will dissolve when added to water and shaken.

I love a pre workout to give me tingles and this really is the only one i have found that does the job. And cherry is the best flavour
